BIRDSALL, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Brockport man is accused of driving while intoxicated after a rollover crash in the Town of Birdsall.

Police say the rollover property damage crash happened on County Road 15B around 12:20 a.m. Saturday. Twenty-one-year-old Martin T. Norment was charged with DWI.

He is due in Town of Birdsall Court in January.
