BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The owner of Roxy's, who is charged with grand larceny, returned to court on Tuesday.
Julia Greenwood faces one felony charge of using a patron's credit card without the woman's permission. But several former patrons of Roxy's have come forward to News 4 saying their cards were also used without their authorization.

On Tuesday, Greenwood waived her right to a felony hearing before City Judge James McLeod.
"Grand larceny second, and five counts of issuing a bad check," Judge McLeod said.
Greenwood's attorney, Herb Greenman, said, "She's not going to make any statements."
The Erie County District Attorney's Office has taken over the investigation and has subpoenaed our reports. The felony charges against Greenwood will now be presented to a grand jury.
