JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies say a driver who blew through a stop sign Wednesday night in Jamestown was drunk.
A Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputy on patrol allegedly witnessed 26-year-old Nathaniel Banks go through a stop sign on Institute Street. After pulling him over, Banks was arrested for DWI and driving on a suspended license.
On top of traffic charges for allegedly running the sign, Banks has been charged with DWI with a .08 percent BAC or greater and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
He is due back in City Court at a later date.
