CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A second man has been charged with the death of a Cheetowaga business owner.
Armod Law was killed inside his home in mid-November. 27-year-old Rockie Jones, III was arrested in December and charged with second degree murder. On Tuesday, Jones and a second man, 41-year-old Edward McCloud, were indicted by an Erie County Grand Jury.
McCloud and Jones are facing three counts of second degree murder, first degree burglary and first degree robbery. Both men are being held without bail.
