WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A senior citizen in Wellsville was arrested after he allegedly scratched a vehicle parked on North Main Street.

Village police cuffed 73-year-old Jack Brown, Sr. and charged him with third degree criminal mischief. After processing, he was released to appear in court at a later date.
