HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - A group of people that carried out a terrifying robbery at a Hamburg restaurant will serve time behind bars.
State Supreme Court Justice Christopher Burns sentenced 26-year-old Denivorie Jackson to six years in prison Monday morning. He pleaded guilty to six counts of robbery.
Jackson admitted that he and three accomplices held up an Outback Steakhouse last year. They left several employees tied up before taking off in a stolen car.
Willie Martin and Jason Brooks pleaded guilty to attempted robbery. Justice Burns sentenced Brooks to five years and Martin to six years.
The fourth defendant Joseph Tucker chose to go to trial.
