Several weekend DWI arrests made

ERIE COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County Sheriff's were busy this weekend after they arrested six people of different incidents for DWI Saturday night and Sunday morning. They were all released to another individual on appearance tickets.

David Bubar Jr., 29, of North Tonawanda was arrested Saturday around 4:30 p.m. after police responded to a car driving recklessly report. He was taken to the Sheriff's Clarence substation where a breath test revealed his BAC to be .21%.

After responding to an accident around 12:15 a.m. Sunday, Autumn Urbaniak, 22, of North Tonawanda was arrested. Police found marijuana in Urbaniak's possession as well as several packages of synthetic marijuana. She was charged with DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana. She was processed at the Grand Island substation where her BAC read as .11%.

Sean Eschborn, 26, of Colden was arrested and charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana Sunday morning. Around 12:30 a.m. in Colden, a deputy responded to an accident involving a pick-up truck that hit a utility pole and sheered it in half. He was processed and released at the Springville Station. He provided a breath test that showed his BAC to .16%.

Jacob Bogard, 24, of Marilla was arrested in Elma and charged with DWI and traffic infractions after police pulled him over on Bullis Rd. in Elma Sunday morning. His BAC was .13%.

Following a traffic stop in Clarence, Katherine Kline, 22, of Amherst was arrested and charged with DWI, traffic infractions, and unlawful possession of marijuana. She provided a breath test revealing her BAC to be .12%.
