BROCTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A southern tier man is behind bars after being accused of a disturbing crime against a child.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff says 43-year-old Ismael Ortiz sexually abused a 9-year-old girl. The Brocton man is facing multiple sexual abuse charges and an endangering the welfare of a child charge.
