HINSDALE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Prosecutors are building their case against an animal cruelty investigator for the Cattaraugus County SPCA.
Wednesday night, Phillip Barrett was charged with another count of forgery in Hinsdale Town Court. He's now accused of tampering with at least two rabies vaccination certificates.
Barrett has pleaded not guilty. He'll be back in court next month.
