TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Troopers say when they pulled over a speeding motorist, they found hypodermic needles and steroids in his car.
On Tuesday around 12:30 p.m., State Police stopped 23-year-old Michael Vazquez of Kenmore for going 81 MPH on the 290 in Tonawanda, where the speed limit is 55 MPH. Troopers say Vazquez was driving on a suspended license and he had hypodermic needles and three glass vials containing sterile testosterone in his vehicle.
Vazquez has been charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.
He will appear in court on October 22nd.
