BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Buffalo man accused of beating his young stepson to death will stand trial in October. Ali Mohamed Mohamud is charged with second-degree murder.

Investigators say he hit Abdi Mohamed 70 times with a rolling pin after tying the boy's hands with electrical tape.

The boy's body was found in the basement of his family's east side home back in April.
