CLYMER, N.Y. (WIVB) - The man accused of killing the superintendent of Clymer schools is not fighting extradition to western New York.
Anthony Taglianetti had until today to file an objection. The Chautauqua County District Attorney says authorities will likely travel to Virginia to pick him up within a week.
Taglianetti was arrested in Virginia back in September one day after authorities named him as a suspect in the shooting death of superintendent, Keith Reed.
Right after the killing, a News 4 investigation revealed Reed had a relationship with Taglianetti's wife while the couple was separated.
