ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man was arrested Saturday night after police responded to a suspicious occupied vehicle parked and running in Orchard Park.
Police found 37-year-old Stephen Banko IV passed out in a parked car running on Bielak Rd.
They also found Banko to be in possession of stolen items from a relative's home nearby.
The Buffalo man was charged with burglary in the 2nd degree, criminal mischief, five counts of grand larceny, 2 counts of petit larceny, DWI, and operating with a suspended license.
Banko was held for arraignment and then taken to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of bail.
