JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Jamestown Police say a driver lost control of her SUV, drove off the roadway and then ended up in a ditch around 12:20 a.m. Monday.

Police say the incident happened on Jones and Gifford Avenue at Lister Avenue. During the accident investigation, police say they determined driver 30-year-old Amy Baker was drunk.

Baker, of Celoron, was charged with DWI.
