ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A teenager is accused of driving with more than twice the legal BAC, and possessing marijuana. He was stopped for erratic operation Sunday around 9:45 p.m.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old James Schraufstetter, of Lancaster, was stopped while driving on Jerge Drive in Elma. The sheriff’s office says his BAC was .20 percent, more than twice the legal limit.
He was charged with Aggravated DWI, Marijuana Possession and traffic infractions. He was processed at the Elma Stateion and released on appearance tickets.
