BEMUS POINT, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 16-year-old girl is facing charges after Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say she stole a co-worker's lunch and cellphone.
The girl, whose name is being withheld by authorities because of her age, is charged with petit larceny for the incident that took place at the Italian Fisherman Restaurant in Bemus Point on July 12th. Deputies say after they questioned the teen, she returned her co-worker's cellphone.
She will appear in Town of Ellery Court at a later date.
