DEPEW, N.Y. (WIVB) - Depew Police arrested a teen they say held up a gas station at gunpoint. Just after 1:30 a.m. Thursday Depew Police were called to the Noco gas station on Transit Road and Hanwell.
Police say a man wearing a ski mask flashed a gun and demanded cigarettes and cash. After looking over surveillance video, police say the man was in the store earlier that night, without a mask.
Four hours later police arrested 18-year-old Jeffrey Breymeier, police say they recovered a gun.
Police say Breymeier was charged with robbery, menacing and larceny. He was arrainged on $5,000 cash or $25,000 bond.
