CLYMER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Clymer teenager is accused of driving his horse and buggy while intoxicated Monday, on Mina-French Creek Road.

State Police say a 17-year-old man drove the buggy while drunk and lost consciousness. The buggy exited the roadway and police say it caused several hundred dollars in damage to a garden and truck.

The teen was arrested for fourth-degree criminal mischief.
