SHERIDAN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A teen is charged with aggravated DWI after deputies say she drove her car off the road in the Town of Sheridan.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and Silver Creek Police were called to Route 20 and Old Main Road Tuesday morning just before 4 a.m. on reports a car was off the road. Deputies arrived and placed 19-year-old Ashley Brooks of Gowanda under arrest. Authorities charged her with aggravated DWI, which means her BAC was .18 percent or higher.
She will answer the charge in Sheridan Town Court at a later date.
