Teen charged with DWI in parking lot

WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police arrested a teen for driving while intoxicated in a parking lot.

Wellsville Police took 19-year-old Zachary Cole into custody in the Wellsville Shopping Center last Friday. Officers charged Cole with DWI, aggravated DWI, possession of alcohol by a person under 21 and insufficient headlights.

After being arrested, Cole was taken to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000 bail.
