Teen driver accused of 2x legal BAC

ANGELICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 19-year-old woman from Allegany is accused of driving with more than two times the legal blood alcohol content.
Melissa J. Fisher allegedly had a .18 percent BAC, when she was stopped on State Road-19 in the Town of Angelica.
Police say she is charged with DWI and Aggravated DWI. She was also issued uniform traffic tickets.
