WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A woman was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with DWI after an open container of alcohol was found in her vehicle.

Heather Yohe, 19, of Bradford, PA was stopped on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville around 1:30 a.m. Wellsville Police charged Yohe with DWI, improper plates, operating without insurance, having an open container of alcohol in her vehicle, possession of alcohol by a person under age 21, unlawful possession or marijuana, uninspected motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

After being arraigned, Yohe was taken to the Allegany County Jail on $2,500 bail.
