BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A teenager is going to prison for his role in a terrifying home invasion in Buffalo.
Erie County Court Judge Sheila DiTullio sentenced Nicolas Weatherington to 10-years behind bars for breaking into a retired teacher's home last January.
Weatherington and another man admitted entering the home and taking the 84-year-old victim's purse using force. They later used the victim's credit cards at Walden Galleria.
