BRANT, N.Y. (WIVB) - A teen-aged suspect in a deadly crash ran from our cameras after his appearance at Brant Town Court Wednesday night.
The case against 19-year-old Bradley Maloney of Blasdell is now going to a grand jury after he waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday evening. Maloney is accused of being behind the wheel of a crash last month that killed 14-year-old Angela Keim and critically injured 13-year-old Elizabeth Szewcyk, leaving her in a coma. The judge also did not set bail for Maloney.
Maloney is charged with vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault and DWI.
