COLDSPRING, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two teenagers are accused of trespassing, at an abandoned house on Lebanon Road in Coldspring.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says a 17-year-old woman and 18-year-old man entered the house without permission around 3:40 a.m. Monday.
Both teenagers were charged with second-degree criminal trespass. The woman was released and the man was taken to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
