Thief only takes cigarettes in break-in

ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Erie County Sheriff's office needs help catching a smash and grab thief.
Surveillance video captured a burglar using a crowbar early Friday morning to break through the glass door of the Mobil on Clinton Street in Elma. Once inside he didn't steal cash, just boxes of cigarettes. Police say this break-in is very similar to another burglary at a gas station in Wales on July 4th.
Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's hotline at 480-4499.
