BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three men were arraigned Monday morning, after a horrifying home burglary that happened on December 9th in Buffalo.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office says 19-year-old Luis Ayala-Pizarro, 21-year-old Carlos Morales-Alvarez and 23-year-old Kelvin Viera-Morales are charged with first-degree burglary and first-degree robbery. The men allegedly invaded a home, bound a husband and wife with duct tape, revealed a revolver and demanded money.
The DA’s Office says the upstairs tenants in the home saw the three men enter the home, and called police who surrounded the home and apprehended the suspects.
If convicted, each defendant could face a maximum prison sentence of 25 years.
