SHERIDAN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Troopers stopped a car when a passenger threw a cigarette butt out the window and ended up arresting the driver.
State Police pulled over Zackary Snow, 21, or Irving on Rt. 20 in the Town of Sheridan on Saturday. Police say Snow's passenger threw a cigarette butt out the window, but they found Snow was intoxicated after he failed field sobriety tests. Snow's BAC was reportedly .10 percent.
Snow was arrested and charged with DWI.
