CHERRY CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) - While attempting to pull over a vehicle Saturday night in Cherry Creek, a trooper found himself in a lengthy car and brief foot chase.
Around 8:15 p.m., the trooper saw a vehicle parked in the Chautauqua County DOT salt barn lot on County Route 68. When he went to see why the car was parked there, the driver took off refusing to stop for the trooper.
