CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 45-year-old Clarence Center man was arrested Saturday night shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Shimerville Rd. in the Town of Clarence.
Eric Steck was stopped by troopers for speeding 22 mph over the 35 mph limit.
An investigation during the traffic stop revealed Steck to be intoxicated leading to his arrest.
He was processed at the Clarence barracks where he provided a breath test resulting in a BAC of .08%.
Steck is due to appear back in the Town of Clarence Court at a later date.
