BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police say a man going over 80 miles-an-hour on Route 33 in Buffalo was drunk.
Deon Burnett, 43, of Buffalo was pulled over Monday night around 9:40 p.m. by State Police who say he was going 83 MPH on Route 33, where the speed limit is 55 MPH. Troopers say Burnett failed field sobriety tests. He was arrested and taken to the police barracks in Clarence, where troopers say in a breath test Burnett's BAC was .08 percent.
