GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two people are facing felony charges over packages containing marijuana.
State Police say 32-year-old Brandon Burgin, with addresses in Buffalo and Phoenix, sent 29-year-old Monet Jolly, of Grand Island, packages with marijuana inside of them. A search warrant was executed and police say the drugs were recovered at the Grand Island residence inside a back pack.
Burgin and Jolly were both arrested, and both face second-degree felony criminal possession of marijuana charges.
