CHERRY CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Sheriff’s arrested a suspected intruder Sunday morning in the Village of Cherry Creek.
People from two different homes on Southside Ave. reported they were woken up by someone in their home around 2 a.m.
The intruder left both homes without confrontation.
Following an investigation by Chatauqua County Sheriff’s, an arrest warrant was issued for Kevin Pattyson.
Pattyson was found at his home and was arrested without incident on the warrant.
He was arraigned in the Town of Cherry Creek Court.
Pattyson was committed to Chautauqua County Jail with bail being set at $10,000.
