MEDINA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two Orleans County men are facing charges of manufacturing meth after a 10-month investigation.
The Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force, the Niagara County Drug Task Force and the U.S. DEA raided a home on Telegraph Road in Medina. Michael Daniels, 44, was arrested and a warrant was issued for William Neff, 38, who is currently serving time in Alabama on meth charges.
The raid uncovered 10 grams of meth as well as the materials used to create the volatile drug. Daniels has been charged with two counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third degree unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine, and one count of criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine. He is being held in the Orleans County Jail on no bail.
The warrant out for Neff's arrest was forwarded to the Alabama Department of Corrections. Authorities say Neff lived at the Medina home at the beginning of the investigation and will face manufacturing of meth and distribution of meth charges.
