JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - In separate incidents, State Police arrested two men on Saturday for being drunk and urinating in public.
In Jamestown, troopers arrested 58-year-old Michael Forness after seeing him urinating in front of Community Bank. As officers approached Forness, he drove away in his vehicle. They pulled him over shortly after and placed him under arrest when he failed field sobriety tests. At the station, he was tested and determined to have a .11 BAC. Forness was charged with DWI and exposure of a person.
Meanwhile, in Lancaster, troopers spotted 33-year-old Juron Ross urinating on the shoulder of Transit Road. After he failed field sobriety tests, Ross was arrested and his BAC was later tested at .18 percent. He was charged with aggravated DWI, suspended registration, open container of an alcoholic beverage, and disorderly conduct for public urination.
