SARDINIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County Sheriff's made two Felony DWI arrests overnight in Sardinia and on the Seneca Nation Reservation.
The first arrest was made after police responded to a property damage accident report.
Police arrested Dustin Linsler, 32, of Springville who was found by police after leaving the scene of an accident. He was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody.
Linsler provided a chemical breath test at the Erie County Sheriff's Springville substation revealing a BAC of .20%.
Due to his prior DWI conviction in 2008, he was charged with Felony and Aggravated DWI along with other vehicle and traffic charges.
He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment in the Town of Sardinia Court at a later date.
The second arrest was made after police responded to a report of a person slumped over in a vehicle at Erie Rd.
Patrol found 27-year-old Aaron Conant of Brant, intoxicated, in the vehicle. He was taken into custody and was transported to the Erie County Sheriff's North Collins substation.
Conant refused to supply a chemical breath test.
Due to a prior DWI conviction in 2011, he was charged with Felony DWI. Conant was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment in the Town of Brant Court in the future.
