WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Friday night, 35-year-old Albert Fountain of Wellsville was charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd.

The charge is from a prior incident Fountain reported a vehicle hitting a parked car and leaving the scene on Madison Street.

Following an investigation, 22-year-old Christopher Norris of Wellsville was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage auto accident, Unlicensed Operator and Unsafe Backing.

He is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at the end of January to face his charges.

Fountain was processed and held pending arraignment in the morning.
