BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Local law enforcers need your help nabbing a convicted rapist on the run.
In the included picture is 27-year-old Carlos Raul Rosario and he's the subject of this week's Warrant Watch.
He's described as a 5’7” white male with black hair and brown eyes, weighing 170 pounds.
