WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) -
A former Warsaw High School wrestler facing hazing charges pleaded guilty Monday night.
A judge in Wyoming County granted the 17-year-old youthful offender status, essentially closing this case to the public. The Buffalo News reports the teen pleaded guilty in court Monday night, and that his 16-year-old co-defendant was also slated to take a guilty plea.
Prosecutors say the wrestlers bullied two younger teammates into punching each other in the lockerroom in December, leaving a 15-year old boy with a broken jaw.
