Wellsville man charged with DWI

WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 23-year-old Wellsville man was arrested Saturday shortly after 3a.m. following a traffic stop.
Timothy Dannheim was stopped on W. State Street in the Village of Wellsville leading to his arrest.
He was charged with DWI, DWI with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to keep right.
Dannheim was processed and released. He is scheduled to appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 29th.
