BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Her naked body was discovered dumped in a Buffalo garbage tote. Four years later, Amanda Wienckowski’s death is sparking change.
The state senate passed Amanda Lynn’s Law Wednesday. The law makes the improper disposal of a body a felony. The bill now heads to the assembly.
