Man accused of abusing child under 11

WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - New York State Police have arrested a West Seneca man for two counts of alleged sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a minor.
David Grochowski, 38, was charged following an investigation after complaints were filed accusing him of abusing a child of a family friend, who is under the age of 11.
Grochowski was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center on $25,000 bail. The investigation is ongoing.
