BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say a car traveling in the wrong direction was headed directly towards them on I-190 Monday, around 3 a.m.
Police say 20-year-old Stephanie Cutler was drunk, when she was driving the wrong way on the I-190 in Buffalo. According to police, a breath test revealed a .15 percent blood alcohol content.
Cutler was released to her father, and was charged with reckless endangerment, driving the wrong way, improper entrance to a controlled access highway, unsafe backing and DWI.
