ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Attica Police say they observed a driver pull up behind an officer and drive onto a curb and sidewalk early Monday morning.
Police say 55-year-old Cynthia Trader was spotted driving on Market Street at 4:30 a.m. Monday. Trader is accused of having a .22 percent blood alcohol content, nearly three times the legal limit.
Trader has been convicted of DWI in March 2012, so her DWI charges are a felony. She is charged with driving with BAC .18 percent or more, DWI, refusal to submit to a breath screening test, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating in violation of a conditional license, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device and driving on sidewalk.
