AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - An East Amherst woman is accused of driving drunk, striking a parked car and fleeing the scene.
The District Attorney’s Office says 50-year-old Lynn Cutler was driving with a .11 percent blood alcohol content at the time of the May, 2011 incident. Debris from the scene of the accident, on Old Oak Post, led Amherst Police to the apprehension of Cutler.
The DA’s Office says Cutler was also convicted of a DWI in 2003. She is now charged with two counts of felony driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting. If convicted, she could face a maximum prison sentence of four years.
