BOSTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Boston woman is accused of having a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit last week, when State Police stopped her vehicle.
State Police say Rhonda M. Clohessy was stopped while driving on Boston State Road at 8:50 p.m. last Tuesday. She was stopped for failure to keep right, and police say she allegedly had a .26 percent BAC.
Clohessy is scheduled to return to court on March 26th.
