WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Warsaw woman is accused of having more than three times the legal blood alcohol content, when driving December 1st. State Police say 36-year-old Sydel C. Case’s vehicle was stopped in Orangeville, after someone complained of an erratic driver.
When troopers interviewed Case, police say she revealed that she was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. After allegedly failing several road tests, she was taken into custody. Police say she was processed at Warsaw Police Barracks where a breath test resulted in a .26 percent BAC.
Case was charged with moving from lane unsafely, in addition to DWI charges.
