BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says a Delevan woman didn’t report that her boyfriend, who had income, was living in her household on the applications she submitted to the Department of Social Services.
Authorities say 29-year-old Suzanne E. Holland was arrested in Olean late Tuesday morning, after she received $3,838.50 and food stamps that her family was not entitled to.
Holland was charged with third-degree welfare fraud, third-degree grand larceny and three counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing.
