BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Prosecutors say she drove high on drugs and killed someone, but a jury disagreed.
Twenty-six-year-old Laura Galluzzo of East Amherst has been found not guilty of manslaughter and driving while ability impaired. Investigators say she struck 49-year-old Christopher Cevear at the foot of Ontario Street in 2011.
Galluzzo could have faced up to seven years behind bars.
