Christine Whitney, 55, stole a Discover card from an out-of-state resident and used it to make ATM withdrawals and purchase items across WNY from January 2012 through March 2012. On Tuesday, she pleaded guilty to using an unauthorized access device.
Whitney will be sentenced in May and could face a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.
